Mediation Statement

This form is provided as a courtesy and will not be shared with any other party nor will it be viewable by anyone other than Reppeto ADR. Parties may submit their own confidential mediation statement along with any additional materials for the Mediator's review via email to ADMIN@reppetoadr.com. Confidential mediation statements and any other materials for the Mediator's consideration should be submitted at least three business days before the mediation.

NOTE: Reppeto ADR's mediation agreement must be signed by all parties before the mediation is placed on the calendar.
